This Privacy Policy applies to our processing of Personal Data that we collect when You:

  • If You are a referral partner, use the Pham 89 AI Referral Platform that is made available through the Website;
  • Use the Pham 89 AI Cloud Service as a customer or an authorized user (for example, as an employee of one of our customers who provided You with access to our services); or
